A standout hazy pale ale, is the delightful result of our collaboration with Shawn Brennan and the Aroma Brewealis Homebrew Club, celebrating their 6th annual Brew Doc competition in honour of their founder, Andrew Debogorski. Unlike traditional pale ales that emphasize bitterness, this hazy pale ale focuses on hops for flavour and aroma, resulting in a much lighter, fruit-forward brew. Its golden hue and vibrant hop character are complemented by subtle citrus undertones, offering a smooth texture and a juicy, tropical profile. Kudos to Shawn for crafting this exceptional beer!
