The Forager Smash
1 oz Forager Gin
1 oz blueberry jam
½ oz lemon juice
½ oz simple syrup
2 basil leaves
Soda Water
Garnish: 1 basil leaf, ½ lemon wheel, fresh blueberries
In a round rocks glass:
- Scoop a spoonful of blueberry jam into the bottom of the glass
- In a shaker add basil leaves, simple syrup, lemon juice and muddle.
- Pour in gin, add ice and shake
- Pour entire contents of shaker into glass
- Top with soda water
- Garnish
