Ever dreamed of crafting beer in the land of the midnight sun? Welcome to NWT Brewing Company. Nestled in the heart of Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, we’re the northernmost brewpub in Canada, and we’re looking for an experience Production Brewer to join our growing team!

**Requirement: At least 1 year minimum of experience in a brewery OR a brewing-related program.

WHAT YOU’LL BE BREWING UP:

As a Production Brewer, you will support the Head Brewer in all aspects of production, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency. Responsibilities include:

• Brewing & Cellaring – Participate in all stages of the brewing process, including milling grain, mashing, fermentation, and transferring finished wort.
• Packaging & Quality Control – Ensure beer is packaged accurately and consistently in cans, kegs, and growlers, maintaining high quality standards.
• Cleaning & Sanitation – Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the brewery, including equipment, tanks, and work areas.
• Routine Maintenance – Perform regular maintenance and upkeep on brewing equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Data Logging & Inventory Management – Record brewing and production data accurately, and manage inventory to support efficient operations.
• Collaboration & Problem-Solving – Work closely with the Head Brewer to identify and implement process improvements and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Brewery Representation – From time to time, represent the brewery professionally at events and festivals, and engage with customers to promote the brand and products.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• The ability to lift 25kg
• At least 1 year minimum of experience in a brewery OR a brewing-related program.
• A passion for learning, improving, and making beer better every day.
• Bonus points if you’ve got forklift or warehouse experience.
• A valid driver’s license

COMPENSATION:

• Competitive Pay - $26-28/hour, full-time.
• Work Schedule - Monday to Friday
