As the Marketing & Events Manager at NWT Brewing Company, you will play a vital role in shaping and executing marketing strategies to attract new customers, engage existing ones, and build our brand. You’ll collaborate closely with the General Manager of The Woodyard Brewhouse & Eatery and the Brewery Operations Manager to align efforts across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement events for The Woodyard and NWT Brewing Company
- Coordinate promotions, beer dinners, and special events.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns to drive online and in-person traffic and enhance customer relationships.
- Network with local restaurants, venues, and licensees to foster partnerships and collaborations.
- Design creative briefs and guide creative direction for all public-facing communications (print, digital, and video).
- Plan and adhere to timelines for beer launches and marketing strategies.
- Create and maintain sell sheets for new and existing beers.
- Participate in sales strategy and goal planning for beer and related products.
- Manage marketing budgets and track campaign performance metrics.
- Oversee our online presence, including social media platforms, website content, and e-commerce.
- Develop daily social media content, including posts on food programs, beer launches, events, and merchandise.
- Run advertising campaigns and produce high-quality written and visual content.
- Respond to comments and questions on social media, ensuring respectful engagement and maintaining online community standards.
- Update and maintain our company hours online on all platforms.
- Update and maintain our online takeout ordering platform.
- Update and maintain our website content.
- Publish a monthly email newsletter.
- Analyze consumer behaviour and adjust campaigns accordingly.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Knowledge & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with a proven track record of success.
- Graphic design experience
- Proficient in technical computer skills and website content creation.
- Fluent in Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Strong strategic thinking and communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
- Dedication to continuous improvement and skill development.
- Strong sense of aesthetics, excellent grammar, and effective communication skills.
