Who can enter?

• This promotion is open to all residents of the Northwest Territories, Canada only. Employees of The Woodyard Brewhouse and Eatery and NWT Brewing Co. are not eligible. 

How to enter?

• To enter must simply visit www.nwtbrewingco.com/win and click the play link. You will be able to scratch a card once a day only. Each winning participant can only claim one prize and is not eligible for further prizes.

• By participating with this promotion, entrants acknowledge that they have read and agreed to all the terms & conditions of this promotion.

• Entries must include all requested contact details. Entrants may only enter in their own names. Any entrant found to be entering incorrect contact details, including name, incorrect email address details, and or incomplete entries, and or playing multiple times on different devices per day may have all entries invalidated, and any claim to any prize will be invalidated. NWT Brewing Co. has sole discretion to determine if any entrant has breached this clause.

 Number of Entries permitted

• Entrants may only enter this promotion ONCE daily. If an entrant is found to have submitted multiple entries per day, their entries may be invalidated.

Open, Close, Draw and Publish dates.

• The promotion commences on March 4, 2022 at 4:00 PM and closes April 30st at 12:00 PM, or when all prizes have been claimed. Entries must be received before the promotion close date and time.

• The winners will be those who are notified instantly on the screen.

• The winners will be confirmed by an email sent to their  provided email addresses within 5 business days.

Prizes

• Prizes will be available for collection within 30 days of the end of the contest.

• Prizes are subject to availability and are not cashable, negotiable, transferable, or exchangeable. If the prize option is unavailable, for whatever reason, NWT Brewing Co reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal value in consultation with the winner.

• Prize Winners in Yellowknife will claim their prize when requested at the Woodyard. Winners outside of Yellowknife will be mailed their prize.
