Neon Freeze Cold IPA

𝐍𝐞𝐨𝐧 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐳𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐈𝐏𝐀 - 5.5% ABV offers a refreshing and innovative twist on the traditional IPA, featuring Lotus hops and Belgian candi sugar. Building on the foundation of our flagship IPA, Bug Repellent, and incorporating rice, we’ve crafted a drier, crisper ‘cold’ finish. The Lotus hops deliver vibrant orange creamsicle notes, blending citrusy orange with hints of vanilla for a nostalgic, creamy flavor. The addition of Belgian candi sugar enhances the beer’s crispness while contributing subtle caramel and honey undertones.

𝘽𝙚𝙚𝙧 𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙙 𝙛𝙖𝙘𝙩: For this particular brew, we aimed to dry it out as much as possible without crossing into the territory of a Brut IPA, which is known for its extremely dry profile. We achieved this by replacing some of the specialty malts with more fermentable malts and adding rice, which is known to add alcohol to a beer without adding too much body.
